Timing

Speakers must check in at registration, preferably two hours prior to the scheduled speaking time. For those who are first-time speakers and not sure where your presentation is taking place, please make yourself known to Jane Bunclark, who will show you the room location.

Please ensure that you go to the AV desk in the Presentation Room no later than 10 minutes before your scheduled start time as the Support Team will need to attach your microphone and will answer any last minute questions.

We respectfully request that you adhere to the published schedule in order that the event can run smoothly and to time.

In order to help maintain the presentation schedule there will be a monitor on stage, with a countdown clock so that you can see how much time you have left to speak.
